Krista K. Sabin is an associate attorney at Ogden & Fricks LLP, where she handles transactional matters along with entity formations, estate planning, will, trusts, and farm, ranch, and business succession planning. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Ms. Sabin worked as a loan officer specializing in agricultural and commercial loans with a portfolio in excess of $140 million, where her role included originating, analyzing, and servicing the loans. Her substantial commercial and agricultural lending background provides significant advantages in commercial and agriculture property transactions, agriculture issues, and developing and implementing business and succession plans. In addition to assisting clients with general corporate counseling and formation issues, her practice emphasizes real estate, business, and agriculture transactions, dispute resolution and estate planning.

Ms. Sabin is a long-time resident of the Central Coast having graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (B.S. Agricultural Business) in 1995. While working as a loan officer, Ms. Sabin attended Santa Barbara College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree, with Honors, in 2004. Ms. Sabin was admitted to the California bar in 2004 and has been working full-time for Ogden & Fricks LLP since 2005. Ms. Sabin is admitted to practice in California and the Central District of California. Ms. Sabin is active in the community and has served as President of the Arroyo Grande Chamber of Commerce, President of the SLO County California Women for Agriculture, and Secretary of the San Luis Obispo County Women Lawyers Association.
